Indiana Southern runs on the former Conrail, Penn & NYC lines between Indianapolis and Evansville.
They also serve the Lynnville coal mine. Much of the railroad's traffic is coal unit cars between 
mines and power plants.
Indiana Southern also runs over trackage rights on CP Rail tracks between Elnora and Beehunter.
